Job description
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will manage current client accounts, review ongoing work, attend client and internal meetings, and wear many hats to keep projects running smoothly. Your excellent communication skills, professionalism, and ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success in this role.
Requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs promptly.
- Manage client accounts, including project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Review work produced by the design and development teams to ensure it meets client expectations and quality standards.
- Attend and lead client meetings, presenting updates, discussing project progress, and gathering feedback.
- Coordinate internal meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication between teams.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Resolve any issues or concerns clients may have in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills in all client interactions.
- Ensure you have reliable internet connectivity and a high-quality webcam to present a professional image during virtual meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Perfect English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a high-quality webcam for virtual meetings.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a digital agency or similar environment.
- Understanding of web design, SEO, and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to identify and pursue upselling opportunities.
